Checking Shipment StatusUpdated 2 years ago

  1. Navigate to the specific order to check for shipping status
  2. Only paid orders will have been sent to the warehouse to begin the shipment process
  3. Locate the airplane icon next to the order number. This depicts that the order is being fulfilled in the warehouse and awaiting tracking information
  4. Click on the Airplane Icon to look at the shipping status
  5. Shipping status’ range from Open, Processed, Invoice Printed, Label Printed, On Hold, and Resend

Shipping Status:

Open- Order information is in warehouse queue

Processed- Order fulfilled and out for shipping

Invoice printed- Order details printed in warehouse

Label Printed- Shipping label printed in warehouse

On Hold- Order is on hold in the warehouse and awaiting instructions

Resend- Partial or full order resends manually entered by Paymonix users

When items leave warehouse, there will be an associated tracking number to track the items with the delivery service
