The first act against suspicious activity would be to categorize customers on the Paymonix Ban List.

Types of bans:

Global Ban-Customer is banned from ALL store(s) using Paymonix and from applying all payment methods (this is reserved for major fraud or customers threatening violence or any mystery shoppers

Global Payment-One specific payment banned on multiple stores - ACH or CC chargebacks logged here if required

Payment-One specific payment blocked on specific store Store Ban-Blocked from entering any payments on specific store

Store Ban-Blocked from entering any payments on specific store

To view ban list:

1. Click on “Banned Customers” in collapsible sidebar
2. View list or enter in specific search criteria
