Orphaned accounts are accounts that are missing information such as name, order number, and payment so Paymonix cannot properly identify the order. An orphaned account will be highlighted in red.

When an account is orphaned, you must find the correct information to input into the order so that it can be marked as paid and then the order will be sent to the warehouse to be fulfilled. If you do not input the correct information, it will stay as an orphaned account and the customer's order will not be fulfilled.
