  1. Click on any order and locate the “Resend Email” tab in the upper right corner of the page
  2. Click on “Resend Email” and select the designated course of action

This item is necessary due to the need to re-send the customer information such as payment instructions or their tracking number.

Typical email resends include:

Abandoned Cart Email-Alert customers of items left in their shopping cart

Payment Instructions Email-Payment instructions based on the customer’s selected payment method.

Payment Failed Email-Notification that the payment has failed and order is not confirmed

Order Paid Email-Confirmation of payment email that shows details of order.

Order Canceled Email-Notification that non-payment has resulted in the cancellation of order.

Order Shipped Email-Tracking number provided in email with shipment confirmation
