On the bottom of any specific order, you can see the events that the customer order has taken all the way from the start of adding items to their cart, to the payment details, to delivery. Combined with paymonix software and the applications that are plugged into the Paymonix Gateway, you can follow the journey of their order.

For this example, we will utilize the plugins DRIP and aftership for the email notification software. These are the typical steps a customer's order would take from creation to delivery.
