How to Change a PaymentUpdated 2 years ago
1) Click on any order and locate the Payment type under “Order Info”
The current payment type is selected but can be changed if payment is not already processed.
2) Click on “Change” and select the desired payment type
ACH
- Fill out payment form for customer and click “Send”
CashApp & Zelle
- Click on desired change of payment
- Click “OK” to confirm
Customer will be sent an email to confirm payment changes and prompted to fill out information accordingly
Check, Money_order, and Cash
Follow the same steps above.
Customer will be sent an email with instructions on how to mail their payment
CAUTION
*Do not attempt to change a pending ACH transaction if the payment details were submitted by either agent or customer.
