Click on any order and locate the payment status under &#x201C;Order Info&#x201D;<ul><li>Status: Payment status ranging from New, Pending, Processing, Paid, Fraud Review, Failed, and Cancelled</li><li>New- Customer has created a shopping cart within the online store but not chosen a payment method</li><li>Pending- Paymonix is awaiting retrieval of payment or waiting to submit for ACH batch </li><li>Processing- Payment is processing through the issuers bank</li><li>Paid- Confirmed payment of order, customer order info gets sent to warehouse for processing</li><li>Fraud Review- False information, misrepresentation, or deceived information detected. Payment and order details need further investigation.</li><li>Failed- Payment has failed and order cannot be processed, customer can try again </li><li>Cancelled- Payment and order is cancelled</li></ul>
