Search for Un-Logged Offline Payment OrdersUpdated 2 years ago

If all customer information is not provided with payments, you must advance search for the offline order. It will not be in the “Offline Orders” section as it is not logged in the system yet.

  1. Select “Orders” from the collapsible sidebar
  2. Select “Advance Search” to expose the search parameters
  3. Input information that is available to narrow down the order

Paymonix will show any relevant orders to the information put in the search query. Use any information you have such as date paid or amount paid to match with the correct one. Once you find the correct match, you can then use the Order Number to log the offline payment.
