Offline payments are ways for customers to pay that do not require a credit card or traditional payment gateway. Offline payments on Paymonix can vary from Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Cash, Check, or Money Order. Customers will send in cash, check
Cash, Checks, and Money Orders. A successful offline order entry will be automatically updated, highlighted green, and denoted as “paid.” Paymonix will automatically update this successful order entry by matching the details to the relevant order. An
Paymonix will reveal all relevant orders or the exact one to match.
If all customer information is not provided with payments, you must advance search for the offline order. It will not be in the “Offline Orders” section as it is not logged in the system yet. Paymonix will show any relevant orders to the information
