Once you have become aware of the specific customers who have charged back, you can classify them in the gateway system as &#x201C;chargeback orders&#x201D; and thus ban them accordingly.Follow these steps to classify customers as a &quot;chargeback order:&quot;<ol><li>Navigate to &#x201C;Other Actions&#x201D; and select &#x201C;Chargeback Order&#x201D;</li><li>Please note: this option will only be available if the order is marked as paid</li><li>Fill out the necessary fields</li><li>Click &#x201C;Chargeback Order&#x201D;</li><li>The customer will now be labeled as a &#x201C;chargeback order&#x201D; and will be banned according to your selection</li></ol>
